We provide Project Management Consultant (PMC)/ Owner’s Engineer services to all relevant disciplines (e.g. Process, Piping, Pipeline, Mechanical, C&A, Electrical, logistic, Civil/Structural & architectural, telecom, Procurement, Construction and project management). PMC/Owner’s Engineer works in the best interest of project from client side for smooth implementation of a project typically through LSTK/EPC contract. 

 As PMC/Owner’s Engineer, we provide management advice and guidance to clients in defining scope, taking full responsibility & check EPC contractor’s deliverables within project review cycle and overall co-ordination and integration of responsibilities of all agencies engaged in the implementation of the entire project.

Our PMC team is highly experienced and capable to work independently and add value at each stage of the project cycle. We provide PMC services to the following Project cycles:

• Scoping, pre-feasibility, feasibility/Concept Phase
• FEL/FEED/Basic Engineering phase
• Pre-bid, Preparation of ITB for EPC and evaluation for award
• Management and Monitoring of LSTK contract/Detailed Design phase

We also provide operation and admin personnel for the following activities:

• Production operations & maintenance
• Mechanical, instrumentation & electrical modifications
• HSE & emergency management
